​Overview
We are currently recruiting for a mechanical supervisor to join a reputable M&E contractor delivering commercial construction projects across the UK. This is a site-based role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced project environments.

Role & Responsibilities
As the mechanical supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day mechanical installation works on site, managing operatives and subcontractors while ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. You will liaise closely with site management, project teams, and other trades.

Project Experience
The mechanical supervisor will be involved in a range of commercial developments, including large office and mixed-use schemes. Experience working on shell and core mechanical packages is essential, with an understanding of how early-stage services integrate with later works.

Candidate Requirements
You will be a mechanical supervisor with proven experience on commercial construction projects. A strong understanding of HVAC and building services systems is required, along with the ability to lead site teams and maintain high standards of health and safety.

Qualifications
• CSCS Card (Gold or Black preferred)
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Relevant mechanical or building services qualification
• Good working knowledge of site health & safety regulations
