🔧What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained in the full recruitment lifecycle – a 360° role that combines sales, strategy, and relationship-building. Typical responsibilities include:

• Sourcing candidates via headhunting, job boards, and referrals

• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Managing recruitment processes from interview to offer stage

• Generating new business through calls, meetings, and networking

• Providing consultative hiring support to clients

You’ll receive full training from experienced consultants and managers to help you ramp up quickly and succeed.
