​Electrical Supervisor 

About the role 

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a commercial construction project. This is a key site-based role, responsible for managing operatives, ensuring quality standards, and delivering works safely, on time, and to specification.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical labour and subcontractors on site

• Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, including site inductions and toolbox talks

• Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and other trades

• Order materials and manage deliveries to suit the programme

• Carry out quality checks and snagging of electrical installations

• Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects

• SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)

• ECS / CSCS Gold Card or equivalent

• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on site

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
