We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a groundworks and civil engineering package on a major scheme in Bishops Stortford. This is a long-term position with a strong pipeline of secured projects to follow in and around the M25.

The successful candidate must come from a strong groundworks, civils and reinforced concrete (RC) background, with proven experience delivering large packages from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full groundworks and civils package on site

• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget

• Managing RC structures, drainage, foundations and associated infrastructure

• Liaising with clients, consultants and senior management

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager within groundworks and civil engineering

• Experience managing large-scale groundwork packages

• SMSTS and CSCS (Black/Professional) required

• Strong leadership and communication skills
