​We’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join our team on an exciting new build care home project, now progressing through the second fix stage. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of a high-spec, multi-unit residential healthcare facility.

Role Responsibilities:
As Plumbing Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate all second fix plumbing works on-site.

• Lead a team of plumbers and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality delivery.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Liaise with site management, other trades, and the main contractor.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Monitor materials usage and stock levels.

• Carry out inspections and snagging to maintain high standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience supervising plumbing teams on new build residential or care home projects.
Strong knowledge of second fix plumbing installations.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
CSCS card
SSSTS or SMSTS
Ability to manage time and personnel efficiently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
