RTL Group urgently seeking a Freelance Site Engineer to join a fast-paced civil engineering project based in Blackpool. This role offers immediate start on a vital infrastructure scheme involving roads, drainage, and paving works.

Project Overview:

• Supervision and coordination of highways construction and refurbishment

• Overseeing drainage system installations to ensure effective water management

• Managing paving works including footpaths, cycleways, and public realm enhancements

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil engineering projects, specifically roads, drainage, and paving

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and quality standards

• Ability to manage subcontractors, site inspections, and reporting effectively

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on a freelance basis

• CSCS card and relevant site certifications mandatory
