​We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a civil engineering project in Peterborough. This role offers the opportunity to work with an established contractor delivering infrastructure works on a live site environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme

• Supporting the delivery of civil engineering works on site

• Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager

• Managing QA documentation, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and as-built records

• Carrying out site inspections and quality checks

• Coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress

• Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with HSEQ requirements

• Assisting with surveys and resolving technical issues on site

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects

• Strong setting out and surveying skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Valid CSCS card

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Experience on infrastructure, highways, water, or utilities projects preferred
