​Freelance Site Manager – Bromley (Basic DBS Required)

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a project based in Bromley. This role requires a reliable and hands-on professional to manage site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. A Basic DBS check is required due to the nature of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and manage subcontractors

• Ensure works are completed in line with programme, budget, and quality standards

• Maintain and enforce health & safety compliance on site

• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections

• Manage site records, RAMS, and progress reporting

• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site logistics

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or refurbishment projects

• Valid SMSTS,CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification

• Basic DBS (or willing to obtain immediately) – Required

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines

• Full UK driving licence preferred
